What We Do
Initial Meeting
With you to discuss your goals for your remodel or residential construction project. We gather all pertinent information, including your timetable and key issues, and look over the proposed job site. When you give us the go-ahead, we explain the next step.
Preliminary Project Work-up
Includes a Project Assessment that lists the pertinent information we have collected, and project assumptions (like lead time for project regulatory approvals, if required). We collect a retainer to fund preparation of plans, specifications, and permitting documents.
Drawings and Permitting Package
This key stage includes the necessary drawings and specifications – everything we need to provide you with a precise quote for your project and provided the information that authorities require for approving your project.
Quote-to-Build Package
This project bid includes allowances for special finish items not specified in the design quote, milestone build-out schedule, and progress payment schedule. This means your home reflects your tastes.
Project Management Documents
We use these documents to report on your project and record any changes to the project scope jointly agreed to by all parties. Changes can impact cost and delivery schedules, so it’s important to get the changes you want in writing.
